Empty Hats are a celtic band that plays "unplugged...but wired". Featuring Carl Asch, Lynda Kavy, Gary Mazzu, and an ever changing roster of fiddle players, this band has been going strong since 2000. They have three albums under their belts; information on such can be found in the Lyrics section.

Who were Double Indemnity?

Double Indemnity was the band that previously featured Carl Asch, Lynda Kavy, Frank O'Gara, and Gabriele Decker. They put out three albums that are nearly impossible to get your hands upon now, but the finding of them is very much worth the effort. Why the switch?

Stories vary. The one I tell involves alien abduction, ferret cloning, and bananas.

I'll be really honest here. The band changes fiddlers so often that I often wonder if they aren't foster parents for musicians. I personally have seen them play with Felipe, Braham Stewart, George Klepac, Enion, and Will. Currently, they're playing with Vicki Scuteri. Next week, who knows?

Felipe was abducted by aliens. Braham Stewart was eaten by an alligator, but recovered. George melted in the sun after being turned to chocolate by a witch. Enion was carried off by owls. Will fell into a plot hole.
